We're seeking experienced Account Executives to scale the business through marketing, business development and sales activities.

As an integral part of the Foundational Sales Team, you will help us further execute, iterate, and evolve our go to market strategy and approach. Although the primary focus will be on direct sales, you will be expected to work cross functionally across all teams at Tymber.

  • Strive to exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets each month
  • Research, target and prioritize qualified accounts and identify key points of contact
  • Research companies and contacts to develop personalized outreach
  • Strategize with Sales Leadership to design a targeted cold outreach plan
  • Increase Channel Partner referrals through webinars, sales training and other co-marketing activities
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create sales collateral such as press releases, product announcements, case studies and pitch decks
  • Engage with contacts over phone, email and social to make them aware, and excited about Tymber
  • Schedule and participate in discovery calls and product demos via video and screen share
  • Quickly and accurately update Hubspot throughout the sales process (customer information, deal information, pipeline stages and forecast metrics)
  • Maintain and design advanced reports, dashboards, and business process automation
  • Proactively analyze sales data to recommend new outreach strategies and workflow changes
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Tymber platform and the cannabis tech landscape
  • This is a remote work job
Your Experience
  • 2+ years in a b2b cannabis technology sales role
  • Knowledge of the cannabis industry and the SaaS landscape
  • Experience with cross platform outreach
  • Experience leading high converting, remote product demos
  • A track record as a top performer
  • Proficient with sales tools and CRMs such as Hubspot
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
