Tymber’s online payments for dispensaries feature allows our partners and their customers to buy cannabis online faster, easier, and more conveniently than ever before. Using Tymber’s newest integration with Stronghold, dispensaries can offer online payment options  to customers wanting to pay during checkout.

Customers can save their bank account info in their customer account and use it anytime they wish to make a purchase. This feature allows customers to store multiple accounts and choose the best payment method for their order and pay directly from their bank account by ACH transfer.

Since launching the feature, Tymber has gathered data showing that enabling online payments for dispensaries increases AOV (average order value) by 20% over traditional cash transactions. The data also shows that the adoption rate of online payments by dispensary customers is 30% on average in the initial months after enabling online payments for the customers on their website.

Activating Tymber’s Stronghold Integration Is Quick And Easy

From the Tymber Mission Control dashboard, online payments for dispensaries can be enabled with the click of a button. Dispensaries can name the option to pay online anything they want to display on the checkout page such as ‘Pay online now!’. When customers load their shopping carts and get ready to check out, they’ll have the option to link their bank account. All they need to do is select their bank, follow the prompts, and fill out their login credentials just like logging into their usual online banking website.

Link An Account As Easy as Logging Onto A Mobile Banking App

Once the account is successfully linked, the customer’s bank account will be listed under their online payment options. They can even link multiple accounts. So, if one account is short on funds, they can easily select another! Again, the online payment will ONLY go through if there are sufficient funds in the selected bank account. Once the payment goes through, the customer will receive a notification regarding the successful transaction.

Additionally, customers can always go back and edit their cart, choose a different bank account, or select the cash payment option prior to completing their order. They can also view their transaction history, rate their experience, and tip their delivery driver- all from their customer profile.

See Online Payments In Tymber Mission Control

You’ll be able to check your customer’s order and payment status within Tymber Mission Control in the ‘Orders’ tab. You can click to view the transaction, the order rating and even the tip amount that was left for the driver. You’ll also have the ability to view the transaction in both Stronghold and your POS system. Some POS systems will even allow Tymber to add payment tags and categorize the orders to help you keep transactions in order for accounting purposes.

Tymber Didn’t Forget Tipping Functionality

The online payments for dispensaries feature isn’t complete without the ability to leave a tip. The cannabis industry and the team’s that make every order happen deserve to be rewarded. With Tymber’s tipping feature, customers can show their support with a tip. Tips can be in a percentage interval or a custom tip amount can be added.
